a basic principle, rule, law, or the like, that serves as the groundwork of a system

The foundations of any nation, people, society, or collective is based in a series of fundamental concepts and truths, each unique to their own histories, customs, and cultures. Thus, if we seek to understand the system by which we govern, it must begin not in advanced or complex systems, but through its most fundamental concepts.

This is the most basic principle by which we envisioned our philosophy, both in general approach to understanding governance, as well as managing it. The disturbing trend of federal overreach coupled with the hostile nature of modern politics has spurred us to take our ideas and formally act upon them. This is the product of years of consideration, research, and thought.

We cannot claim to have every solution, nor do we believe we are the only way to think. But what we offer is an alternative approach to politics, based in reason and foundational concepts. We hope that you find it edifying and enlightening, and invite you to join us along the way!

Foundational Mission​

To create a political movement, removed from the vitriol of sensationalism, and in its place, establishing a rule of thought based around the most fundamental aspects of government. From thought to policy, we seek to provide an alternative viewpoint from the mainstream parties. Centralized powers, in our modern age, consolidate political, economic, and social economies and leverage public suffering to their advantage at scale previously considered unprecedented. Rather than advocate for perpetuation of established principals, we seek to develop alternative approaches

Foundation Vision​

A future of America (and world in general) which is unified under common values and morals, which may not agree on everything but can debate their differences with tact, reason, and temperance, and ensuring the stability of the state and prosperity of its people for generations to come. A future which offers opportunity for prosperity, governed not by those who benefit themselves or their sycophants, but work for the betterment of the nation at large

Foundation Values​

Fundamenta – Fundamentals must be understood and adhered to for a nation to prosper. The expansion of unwarranted powers threatens a state.
Doctrina – Instruction and learning are essential for any peoples. This creates robust policy, learned leaders, and a united people
Deus – Faith unites, provides ethics and morals, and patronizes the arts, philosophy, and sciences. The American Contemporary team thanks the Lord for His graces, and asks his blessing for the peoples of the world.
